Our Refund & Returns Policy

    No problem! Just contact us and we'll make the arrangements.


    We stand by our products. If in any way they are not as we describe, or have any manufacturing defect, then we will replace or refund them.

    Having said that, they are made to order and just for you. We rely on you providing us with accurate sizing information in order to make them and you MUST follow our measuring instructions in order to get that right.

    Note we are unable to refund or replace shoes that do not fit as they are made bespoke for you.

    Therefore, please contact us before returning any items.


    Once a return has been agreed you must send the item(s) back to us within 10 days of the delivery date noted on the tracking information.

    Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned goods provided they are received in new and unused condition.

    The cost of returning your items is covered by you.

    To avoid any unnecessary Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS.'

    Although we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, you are responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

    These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and taxes, duties, or fees of the destination country. 

    Return requests due to Customs tax and duty payments will not be accepted, so you are advised to contact the relevant authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify applicable costs and restrictions.

    If a package is returned unclaimed you will have to pay a handling fee.
